Sarah Anderson Timmons

Sarah Anderson Timmons is a founding attorney of Timmons Brogdon Law Firm, with over twelve years of experience handling complex litigation for businesses and individuals in state and federal courts. She also serves as outside general counsel for businesses across South Carolina, focusing her practice on assisting victims of fraud and personal injury.
A Greenville, South Carolina native, Sarah graduated from Clemson University and attended law school at the University of South Carolina School of Law. There, she was a member of the South Carolina Law Review, Order of the Coif, Order of the Wig and Robe, and Phi Delta Phi, and interned with the Honorable Justice John Few during his tenure as Chief Judge of the South Carolina Court of Appeals.
After law school, Sarah clerked for the Honorable G. Ross Anderson, Jr., U.S. District Judge for the District of South Carolina. She then worked for a large national firm, handling complex civil litigation cases, including breach of contract, product liability, regulatory, and fraud, taking several cases to verdict in state and federal court.
Before founding her firm in 2018, Sarah served as general counsel for a local business. She now focuses on serving businesses’ legal needs, from formation and contract negotiation to dispute resolution and litigation, using her extensive experience to deliver effective results for clients.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys music, travel, and yoga, and is a member of the Haynsworth-Perry Inn of Court.
